Shipping and Returns

PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. (Additional time is needed for custom orders also.)

We are unable to make changes once an order processing begins, however if you need assistance, please email info@cottonwickcandles.net and we'll try our best to help. We are available Monday-Friday.

SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S. $10 flat-rate shipping is applied to orders under $75, and all orders shipping to AK, HI, and PR.

Once picked up and scanned in by the carrier, transit times range 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method and delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created and the tracking status of your shipment will also be emailed to you.

Once shipped, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Cotton Wick Candles products, we want to help. Please contact us at info@cottonwickcandles.net within 30 days of receiving your order.  We require proof of purchase to process exchanges and/or returns.

If you're experiencing an issue with a CWC purchase, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos with a detailed description in your email so that we can determine how best to assist.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
